Welcome, Life is full of surprises and good things (well that depends on ones' opinion).

The first thing that is worth mentioning this year is that I changed Jobs, yeah I mean i changed Jobs. the first thing that would come to mind would be motivational factor number 1 in Malawi 'Money' but you will be wrong to think that. Firstly my previous job paid 3 times my current job (may be am the only one who can do that or i just know one person who did that "me'). Just between you and me the motivation was growing up. I look at things this way, I started my career with UNAIDS, then Nkhoma Hospital, both paid me well in terms of relativity to other organization and friends pay (mostly). However I never experienced prudent planing in use of money, changing jobs to my current one will just give me that
,GETTING A DEGREE 4 YEARS, GETTING A JOB 3 INTERVIEWS, EXPERIENCE IN USING MONEY PRICELESS"

I have worked in HIV related Jobs since i graduated from College and I thought to my self one day. LIFE IS NOT COMPOSED OF ONLY HIV & AIDS there must be MORE TO IT. So i changed to youth work and guess what HIV still follows me lucky enough am not the one that is directly doing the job, my friend does it i just EVALUATE IT. Yeah in case i did not mention it Its Funny that My Job always has to do with Evaluation. UNAIDS -> Assistant Programs Officer (Monitoring & Evaluation), Nkhoma Hospital -> HIV Coordinator/ M&E Officer, National Youth Council -> Programes Officer (Research & Evaluation). You Guessed right am now working with the National Youth Council of Malawi.
